Preschool Programs

Our preschool programs provide high quality education and services to low income families.  These programs offer a positive, healthy learning environment for children ages 3-to-5-years-old, and promote self-esteem, cognitive development, and socialization skills.

We have a strong family support emphasis, and our staff and families frequently meet to build relationships. Parent involvement is also a key component of our programs, to emphasize the importance of parents as their children’s first teachers.  We strive to support and work with parents to address the needs of the family.

We encourage children to explore their environment and interact with professionally trained teachers.  Our teaching methodology is based on current research in early literacy development, Head Start Performance Standards, and Illinois Early Learning Standards.  We run our programs in collaboration with Head Start, Chicago Children and Youth Services (CYS), Department of Education and Chicago Public Schools (CPS). We are accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
