FamilyWorks

FamilyWorks is a case management program that serves Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) residents. Jane Addams Hull House Association is the sole provider for Chicago's Northeast region, and provides the following comprehensive services to more than 1,300 families:

• Housing & Lease Compliance Services
• Employment and Career Preparation & Placement
• Clinical Services for Abuse and Mental Health
• Education and Training, including Computer Literacy
• Support and Referral Services

FamilyWorks participants develop and activate a service plan to achieve housing and employment goals with the help of their case manager. The case manager continues to provide services for at least one full year after FamilyWorks clients settle into their permanent homes.
