Community Schools

Community Schools are public schools that develop partnerships with non-profit organizations. Through our partnerships, we provide enrichment opportunities that combine rigorous academics with a wide range of vital in-house services.

Children and adults are able to participate in a variety of programs, ranging from arts and culture to literacy, math and technology. These programs are offered to the school community, as well as surrounding community residents, during school days and after school hours, including evenings, Saturdays and summer vacation. These partnerships afford community members with support and opportunities to promote children’s learning and development.
