Jane Addams Hull House Association is committed to providing our clients with the highest quality of service.  The Department of Institutional Research and Quality Improvement ensures there is a clear understanding of the needs of our client population and the impact our services have on the community.

Through partnerships with local universities, the Department of Institutional Research and Quality Improvement strives to meet the following three goals:  

1. Provide high level research and data to support program enhancement and development.
2. Periodically evaluate program processes and effectiveness in providing quality services to our clients.
3. Inform social work knowledge and practice by disseminating our research findings to the larger social service arena.
