| Description: | Provides educational, developmental and disability services coordination, resource and referral, training, support and technical assistance for Head Start/Pre-K and Early Head Start programs within the Association. Provides direction and leadership to special programs and projects associated with child development services. Ensures program compliance with Head Start Performance Standards, NAEYC accreditation and Illinois learning standards.

| Requirements: | Masters degree in Child Development, Early Childhood or Early Childhood Special Education from an accredited university, and a minimum or 3 years experience in program management (budget preparation, hiring, supervising and evaluating, program planning and development) and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience working with young children with disabilities and their families. Must have Head Start experience. |
