Our success stories illustrate Hull House Association’s depth of involvement in the day-to-day life of Chicago communities. The stories remind us of our connection to Jane Addams’ mission of neighbors helping neighbors. New Directions (Independent Living) ~ Nequita
Nequita entered the New Directions program on two years ago. She currently attends Kennedy King College while working part-time as a telephone interviewer. Nequita is very focused on achieving her educational goal of pursuing a career in the field of
dentistry and is a shining example of an individual who has endured life’s challenges and has set goals for herself in order to attain success. Read More »

Kennedy-King Employment Project ~ Bruce & Evelyn
Bruce O’Neal and Evelyn Fletcher have taken control of their lives. Thanks to Hull House’s Employment Program at Kennedy-King College, Bruce and Evelyn now have jobs, a steady home to live in and improved family ties. Read More »
