Tea with Jane

In celebration of Jane Addams Day, the 5th Annual Tea with Jane will be held on Thursday, December 8, 2011 at The Drake Hotel. Join us for high tea in the legendary Palm Court while enjoying the spirit of the holiday season. A live fashion show will feature an extravaganza of fashion and accessories by premier Chicago merchants and music from The Drake's harpist.

The Tea with Jane fashion show includes new merchants this year… Chicago's renowned handbag designer, Diego Rocha, the well-appointed collection of Garber Furs and also Tails in the City, a luxury pet accessories boutique. In addition, the grand prize drawing is a Paloma Picasso 18kt. yellow gold and yellow quartz drop pendant, donated by Tiffany & Co.

Tea with Jane guests enjoying high tea and high fashion.

More than 130 guests attended the 4th Annual Tea with Jane last year, enjoying high tea and a fashion show of holiday finery by some of Chicago's premium merchants in the legendary Palm Court in The Drake Hotel.

Models dazzled in fine jewelry created by Tiffany & Co, designer coats from Elan Furs, handmade couture hats by Joy Millinery, exclusive men's fashion by Nicholas Joseph Custom Tailors and designer women's fashions by The Carlisle Collection. Ayala Maquillage provided make-up design, Pret-a-Poser Photography captured the images of the event and Ambra Salon provided hair design.

Tea with Jane culminated in a raffle drawing, with the grand prize winner receiving a Cushion Cut Amethyst Cocktail Ring donated by Tiffany & Co.
